VisionCorps’ Mission is to empower individuals with vision loss to attain independence. Our Enterprise Group focuses on helping to achieve our Mission by employing people who are blind and vision impaired in manufacturing, food processing services, and administrative services. What does it mean to be a part of the VisionCorps team? You get an opportunity to work for a values-driven company, all while working towards being more independent.

Our shared values are Respect, Commitment, Innovation and Integrity.

Respect means honoring the capabilities of our clients, employees, and volunteers. In other words, we want to help you understand what you are capable of achieving.

Commitment means responding to the changing need of those we serve. We are committed to helping you grow in your role at VisionCorps through training and coaching.

Innovation means incorporating creative thinking in fulfilling our mission. We are continually thinking of ways we can help you adapt to the workforce.

Integrity means reflecting our stewardship to the community through excellence and best practices. This means treating everyone with respect and doing everything possible to give you the tools and resources to be successful.

We have positions in manufacturing in Lancaster, York, Lebanon, and Philadelphia. These positions vary in skills from light manufacturing to food processing. All of our manufacturing employees start as entry level and in your first 90 days you will go through an assessment process to see what your skill level is, determining job is the best fit for you.

In Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg we have Contract Management Services. We offer contract closeout services, electronic document conversion, and scanning. These positions require a Bachelor’s Degree and some analytical skills. Again, we will assess your skill level and work with you to find what position is the best match for you. We continue to work with you through training and coaching. Our goal is to give our employees the tools and resources to be successful.
