  • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

    EDUCATION:

    • • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

    EXPERIENCE:

    • • Experience in an assembly scenario helpful
      • **Must be able to read, write and speak English

    EXPECTATIONS:

    Wiper and Q.A.:

    • • Supply line with solvent, towels and work to be done
      • Using a solvent on terry-cloth material, wipe and scrape the glue residue off the
      cartridge
      • Remove marks and dirt from cartridge
      • Review processed cartridges for Quality Assurance and ensure finished
      production will pass NLS inspection
      • Stack finished cartridges in tray and move trays to reformatting office.
      Individual, team and company responsibilities:
      • Observes and adheres to the Standards of Performance requirements address in
      the employee handbook at all times
      • Maintains open communication with immediate supervisor and staff
      • Completes 1:1 coaching meeting with immediate supervisor
      • Attends mandatory meeting/trainings or non-mandatory meetings/trainings as
      schedule permits
      • Utilizes and models VisionCorps’ values in the execution of daily work activities
      and decision making
      • Support the vision and mission of the company

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • • Must be able to work in the production area
      • Must be able to sit for prolong periods of time
      PHYSICAL DEMANDS
      • Must be able to carry, lift and push up to 10 lbs.
      • **Must be able to sit for long periods of time
      • **Fine motor skills – use hands to finger, handle or feel
      • **Repetitive motions of the hand and wrist
      • **Visual acuity – close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
      perception and ability to adjust focus
      • **Must be able to verbally communicate and hear
      • **Must be able to travel safely and independently
